Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Bobux box and secure them inside a mailing satchel to protect the packaging during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
